Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return/exchange.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return/exchange, you can request a return on your order page or you can contact us at support@blacknblanc.com. Once a return request is received, we will initiate the pick-up and keep you posted at every stage of the process.

Free Lifetime Alteration:
Please note, in addition to the no questions asked return/exchange, we also offer free lifetime alteration to ensure the products fits well on you. We leave enough margin in our garments to ensure the possibility of increasing it by 1-2 sizes.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
